Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Pasuseva?

Pasuseva is a digital platform dedicated to animal welfare. We bridge the gap between citizens, NGOs, veterinary doctors, shelters, and volunteers to respond quickly to animal emergencies. Our services include rescue coordination, adoption assistance, medical support, and awareness campaigns. Whether it’s an injured stray or an abandoned pet, Pasuseva helps connect the right help at the right time.

2. How can I report an animal emergency?

You can report emergencies by submitting a request through our Emergency Help form available on the homepage. Alternatively, call our listed helpline numbers. Once submitted, our backend system automatically notifies nearby volunteers and NGOs, enabling the fastest response possible. Clear photos, location details, and issue description help speed up the process.

3. Can I volunteer with Pasuseva?

Absolutely! Whether you have medical skills, transport access, or digital outreach ability, we welcome all kinds of volunteers. You can register via our Volunteer Form, and once verified, we’ll connect you with nearby cases or projects based on your interest and availability. Training resources and coordinator support are also provided.

4. How are donations utilized by Pasuseva?

100% of donations are used for animal treatment, medicines, shelter support, transportation, and rehabilitation. We maintain full transparency and publish monthly expense breakdowns on our website. Emergency funds are also reserved for critical rescue cases and sterilization drives. No portion of donations is used for salaries or promotions.

5. Is my personal data safe on Pasuseva?

Yes. We use end-to-end encryption and secure servers to store your information. No personal data is shared with third parties without your consent. Only authorized team members have access to sensitive records, and all privacy practices align with current Indian IT laws. You can also request deletion of your data anytime.

6. Can I adopt an animal through Pasuseva?

Yes, we regularly update our Adoption section with rescued animals in need of homes. You can apply through the Adoption Form, and our team will guide you through the process — including pre-adoption checks, home visits (if required), and post-adoption follow-up. All adoptions are free of cost but based on suitability.

7. What type of animals does Pasuseva support?

While our primary focus is on street dogs and cats, we also assist with injured cows, birds, and other domestic animals. In rural or urban areas, if any animal is suffering due to injury, abandonment, or cruelty, we try our best to coordinate help either directly or through partners in that area.

8. Does Pasuseva provide medical aid?

Yes. We work with registered veterinary doctors and clinics who provide treatment to injured or sick animals. Pasuseva can help cover costs partially or fully in emergency situations based on fund availability. We also organize periodic medical camps in areas with high stray populations to ensure basic care and vaccination.

9. How can NGOs or shelters collaborate?

NGOs and shelters can register with us through the Partner Onboarding Form. Once verified, they’ll be added to our internal network and may receive leads for adoption, rescue, or volunteer support. Collaboration is built on trust and mutual transparency. We also promote their work on our social media platforms for visibility.

10. How can I contact Pasuseva for queries?

You can reach out via our Contact Us section, email us at support@pasuseva.org, or send a message via our social media handles. For emergency help, always use the emergency form. Our response team typically replies within 24 hours for general queries.
